A: Click the reservation link at the top of this page and select your preferred configuration. Then create a Ford account and select Apple Ford as your preferred dealer. Enter your personal contact and payment information, and a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.

Q: Can I make changes to my 2021 Ford Bronco reservation?

A: Only at the time you place your order.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?

A: Yes. Notify us if you are considering cancelling or go online at any time and receive a full refund through your account at ford.com. Allow about 7 to 10 business days for the deposit to be credited back into your account.

Q: When will my vehicle be delivered?

A: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, customer deliveries of the new Bronco will now begin in Summer 2021.**

Q: How many reservations can I make and are they transferable?

A: You can make up to two reservations per account. The reservation number(s) assigned to you cannot be transferred.

Q: My 2021 Ford Bronco FAQ is will reservations be fulfilled in the order they are placed?

A: Yes, reservations will be fulfilled approximately in the same order as received and will be completed before production of stock units begins. Due to the high number of 2021 Ford Bronco two-door and four-door reservations, deliveries will now extend into 2022.**

Q: Can I change my dealer selection for my reservation to be Apple Ford?

A: You may reach out to Ford Customer Support at 800-334-4375 for assistance in updating your dealer selection. This will not impact your reservation ID, vehicle details, or the associated timestamp.

Q: When can I finalize my 2021 Ford Bronco order?

A: Once you place your reservation, we will notify you prior to the vehicle's ordering window to finalize any remaining 2021 Ford Bronco FAQs regarding payment and configuration.

Q: After I've made my reservation, what happens next? Is there an overall 2021 Ford Bronco timeline?

A: The process is:

• You have until March 19 to agree to the selling price and finalize your dealer selection for your Ford Bronco reservation. Note: The 2021 Ford Bronco will not have online order conversions and will require Apple Ford to place the order.**

• The Ford Motor Company receives the nationwide orders and begins to forecast a production schedule against crucial production 

• You will receive a dealer delivery window in May

• The first customer deliveries will begin this summer. Please note that high demand of 2021 Ford Bronco two-door and four-door vehicles will cause deliveries to extend into 2022.**

Q: What happens if customer orders are not built in 2021?

A: The team at Apple Ford now expects 2021 Ford Bronco deliveries to extend into 2022. If that is the case, then we will work with our customers to replace their 2021 order and ensure they have access to any product improvements for 2022. Your reservation timestamp will remain with your order.
