Ice And Fire: A Winter Wonderland

The magical winter season is upon us, and the Ice Fairy has transformed Symphony Woods into a Winter Wonderland. At the Ice and Fire Festival, you and your family can wander through the luminous light maze towards Chrysalis, where Santa, a lighted dragon, fire pits, and s’mores await. There will be tons of whimsical games, merry folks, festive foods, and radiant scenes taking over Merriweather Post Pavillion’s Symphony Woods. An enchanted stroll is sure to charm children and adults alike, and everyone will surely be amazed by the 30-foot Tree of Light.

The team at your local Ford dealership is proud to be a sponsor of this extraordinary event, which helps raise funds for the Community Action Council of Howard County, and we are very excited for this year’s Ice and Fire: A Winter Wonderland. 

This mystical escape is a community fundraiser for Howard County not-for-profits here in Downtown Columbia, MD. By attending Ice and Fire, you and your family are a contributing part of supporting community organizations, such as the Howard County Food Bank and the Chrysalis Kids Series, a part of Inner Arbor Trust’s community arts event. Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for children over four, and free for children under three when you pay in advance (prices may vary at the gate). You can also save $1 per ticket by providing a financial donation to the Community Action Council of Howard County. We love this magnificent time of the year in the Symphony Woods, and once you enter the Winter Wonderland, we are confident you will, too!
