Keeping Clarksville Area Drivers Connected and Entertained
When it comes to technological innovation, Ford is at the top of its game. Ford Sync offers drivers an unparalleled degree of connectivity and entertainment. Using Bluetooth wireless technology, you can use voice commands to play music, access navigation, and make phone calls. Besides controlling your phone, the SYNC system will connect to a music playlist stored on other audio devices or a USB. Furthermore, if you're looking for weather updates, sports scores, traffic information, and/or general news, the SYNC system has got you covered. When it comes to keeping drivers in the know, Ford exceeds expectations.
SYNC 3: The Advanced Option
Depending on the Ford model you drive around Clarksville, you may just have the updated SYNC 3 system. With SYNC 3, you have a color touch-screen that displays the features most commonly accessed (with easy-to-read text and associated icons). You can tap, pinch, and swipe--just like on your Smartphone--to access and adjust the apps. The SYNC 3 system will respond quickly and appropriately; the touch screen is extremely sensitive to the way you interact with it.
The SYNC 3 system comes with a status bar located at the top of the touchscreen. Depending on the features you have enabled, the bar will indicate the current status of active applications and features. From the weather to the time and audio settings, the status bar is a useful feature for keeping your Ford set the way you like it.
If the SYNC system sounds awesome, yet slightly overwhelming, feel free to join in on one of our Tuesday teaching sessions. On the second Tuesday of every month, Apple Ford offers a New Owner Clinic to show you how to make the most of SYNC. Whether you're looking to learn the basics or want to understand the more intricate features, we've got you covered.
